3. Season is not over!
I am just not ready to hang up my gear yet. I went snowboarding today, even
thought daffodils and crocuses are in full bloom near my house. Temperatures
were more like winter on the slopes than spring, with an icy wind. Snow
conditions were still good at Hunter Mountain in the Catskills of NY.
There were just a handful of people there, and they started to look familiar
after the first hour. I'll be riding for the next 3 days at Killington in
VT. After that, I guess I will have to throw in the towel, at least for East
Coast riding.
Are you done for the season? Have you had your board tuned and protective
yellow wax put on it for storage? Did you find this email informative? Drop
me a note and tell me what you're doing now for fun.
