1. Season Wrap-Up
Dear Readers,
It's been another great snowboard season in the Northeastern US. In fact
it's still on with lots of late season snow in Northern New England and
New York in the last couple of weeks, and some resorts are staying open
later than planned or re-opening.
I have been so busy riding and writing and with my Flexmeter Snowboard
Wrist Guard business that I haven't written many Snowboard Szines this
winter.
But we've been busy updating the site. See #2 below for how to view the
newest pages of event coverage and more on the site!
There were 15,000 skateboard caused emergency room
visits last year.
Wrist injuries are the number one skateboard injury, as well as the top
snowboard injury.
Want to reduce the risk of skate and snowboard wrist injuries to you
and your loved ones? Flexmeters!
New, Flexmeter All-Season Wrist Guard
Wear it alone for skating, or under a glove for snowboarding.
Designed by a doctor and proven to reduce wrist injuries.
$69 includes US shipping.

2.. New Articles on
SnowboardSecrets.com
Wow, we've covered a lot! A few highlights of the season that we've
covered on the site are: the Union Square Street Sessions Rail Jam right
in NY City, Winter X Games, Honda Sessions at Vail, "Grenade Strikes Back"
at Mountain Creek, the debut of Boardercross at Plattekill, and one of my
personal faves, Spring Loaded at Killington. We covered the US Open and
we've got some great photos of that posted too.

3. Eddie Wall Senior
Exclusive Interview
Where do you think Pro-Snowboarder Eddie Wall got those legs of steel and
the all around athletic chops that powered him to the win at the Union
Square Street Sessions?
We interviewed his dad last week, who came in first at the USASA Nationals
in Tahoe this month. The Senior Wall (age 57) walks up a steep hill with
about 70 lbs. of weight on his back almost daily to keep his knees solid.
